Cats are cute and playful creatures, their human-friendly nature, cuddly movements, and clumsy posture makes them perfect pets. Head bunts, kitty kisses, petty sessions, and cat snuggles are one of the most satisfying moments you can enjoy with them. But stop, here is a drawback, pet hair.

You pick up your clothes to wear and there is cat hair on those, you sit on the sofa and there is cat hair, you pat your face dry with your towel and there is cat hair, even your washing machine gets clogged with cat hair occasionally.

Quite a familiar story? But cats are cute, aren’t they? They have reached 12 million alone in the UK. They are one of the best furry friends of human beings. They are considered to be better for the mental health of their owners.

But coming to the point, what about their sticky hair? Don’t worry we understand your woes, cats will continue spreading hair as it is natural for them. We have compiled a list of ideas to eliminate these from your house, or at least limit them.

Brush Your Pet

An old saying is a stitch in time saves nine. If you take out one or two minutes daily to brush your fluffy fur baby, the amount of falling here will be reduced considerably.

Air Dry Your (and Your Pet’s) Bedding

Whether you are sleeping or you are reading in your bed, you want your curled-up friend by your side, and so, your bed is where most cat hair is.

Make sure to wash your bedsheet once a week to get rid of this hair, and before that, don’t forget to dry those in the dryer without heat.

Get Cat Hair off Clothes Before Washing

It seems easier to just throw your clothes into the washing machine, but stop, if you are a cat parent, you have to get cat hair off first.

For this, put the clothes in a dryer with no heat. This will accumulate the hair in the lint trap. Then shake the clothes to get as much hair out as possible. Then you can wash those as usual.

Use a Rubber Glove

You have to go somewhere urgent, and you have ironed your black dress. The moment you are about to put those on, you see plenty of white hair on the clothes.

Don’t worry, use a rubber glove. Rub the glove over the clothes, and the hair will roll off.

Use a Dry Sponge

Guests are about to come, and you have arranged everything, but wait, you look at your couch, and there is cat hair on it. What to do in such a short time? Just take a dry kitchen sponge, rub it on the couch, and see the magic.
